Zhila is a dedicated mental health counselor with over ten years of clinical experience supporting individuals facing mood disorders, trauma, life transitions, and complex mental health needs. She has worked extensively with young adults, adults, and refugee populations, offering individual, couples, and group therapy in culturally diverse settings. Zhila holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling and has completed certified trainings in CBT, REBT, EFT, Hypnotism, and Neurocognitive Interventions in Eating Disorders. She is committed to helping clients regain autonomy through personalized, empathetic care. Fluent in Dari and Persian, Zhila offers bilingual services and a culturally sensitive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered on their journey toward emotional well-being.
